Standard shipping for orders below $150 is $12.50, and $15.50 for orders above this amount.

Express shipping for orders below $150 is $16.50, and $19.70 for orders above this amount.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to process in our warehouse.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

There is a standing AUTHORITY TO LEAVE for all deliveries to residential addresses. Please contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements.

You will receive your order anywhere from 3 - 10 business days from the date the order is dispatched.

An email with the freight tracking details will be sent once your order is booked for dispatch. Please use these consignment details to track your order as we are unable to provide any more information than the courier.
Shipping over-size orders
Shipping over-size parcels or to very remote areas of Australia may incur additional charges. We will contact you asap if this applies. You will always have the option to have your order fully refunded if you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge.
We try our hardest to make shipping as affordable as possible. However shipping to some remote areas can reach up to $200+. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer flat rate or free shipping to these areas.
Shipping Delays
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, but once an order leaves our warehouse it can sometimes be affected by shipping delays. As well as couriers, we use Australia Post. Head to the Australia Post site for possible delivery delays to see if your delivery may be affected.
